Tracey's workshop was dedicated to addressing some of the challenges faced by those with rare disorders to help in creating a vision for navigating their own complex health journey. The workshop also offered skills of resilience and being your own advocate warrior.

Tracey Hancock is a coach and mentor who guides people to realise the strength within themselves and helps people reclaim their power. She knows we can’t always control what happens in life and sometimes we’re presented with extraordinarily challenging situations. But it’s important to remember the depth of courage and wealth of skills, experiences and strengths that we each have because they are invaluable in any situation. Tracey combines mindset coaching, her own life and business experience, and a journey with Hodgkin Lymphoma to help others take charge of their life.
